The worst from Jeanette to Susan on Dale Mabry to Frank in customer service!!! 5th time I have been waiting for a desk and today they had to come back again for the 6th time because they forgot the legs to the desk that has never worked properly since it was delivered!!! It says it’s 28 inches. It only lowers to 36 inches!! Let’s see if Haverty’s customer service can get their act together. I have missed many events to sit home and wait. Havertys Furniture was well made, great selection and Jefferson was very helpful
Jeanette is a great sales person! She is very pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. She has an amazing memory too! Personnel at the store's office were also helpful, very nice. The store is inviting, beautiful and well organized.
Jenna was wonderful. We list everything in Hurricane Milton. She walked us through the whole store. Very knowledgeable and sweet!
