Don’t buy guardsman protection coverage. It is BS Haverty charges you for it and the company itself not Havertys. The cleaning company sucks.I’m updating my review. Overpriced like all other furniture stores here in Florida They think they all have the best leather and designs they need to get out more All there stuff looks the same
Deceptive sales practice. Jo Jo is terrible. Not competent on their software system. See other reviews as other customers experienced the nightmare of watching her hunt and peck with one finger. Did not disclose delivery fee. HARD sell on the protection plan and annoying. Try to bait me into conversation about Trump. I went to buy a couch for christ sake - Jo Jo is crazy in my opinion she should be FIRED from the Apprentice.
I paid almost 3K for the Grant Park Dining Table and the paint is peeling and the paint is a different color that is coming through. Per John the store manager stated that is normal wear and tear and is not covered. This is NOT Normal Wear & Tear. This table is used maybe twice a year. This is sad. You pay good money for a table and now with peeling it looks horrible. I should of read the MANY COMPLAINTS from customers that have the same problem not only on a table but on leather furniture.
