Designer/buyer at this store went above and beyond for me! Truly couldn’t be more pleased!! 😀
Superior customer service with beyond exceptional knowledge of inventory with sales person Paul, whom helped into 3 excellent pieces of furniture. Thanks Paul/Havertys’
Orlando did a great job working with us, answered all our questions quickly, and pointed out our eligibility for a military discount. He was also very helpful in scheduling our delivery on the day we wanted.
Havertys sells very inferior quality products. The metal handles break over a period of time. You can't get replacements. It looks these are made up of cast iron. Very cheap.
