We’ve purchased several items from Havertys and the Guardsman claim service they use is poor service. We submitted a claim With proof of purchase, model and pics as requested and it’s taken 3 weeks to call daily for progress and they repeat the same thing , it’s not been assigned ? No supervisor to speak to , we will never spend 8 k on a sectional with Harvey’s again I do not recommend
Gabby was great to work with. She’s very knowledgeable of all her products. I shopped at the Cedar Park store.
Brian was very helpful and showed a lot of options but did not hover. He explained everything well and worked with us on pricing and selection. Overall great experience!
Havertys brings back Good memories for me. Having credit being a woman in 1989 wasn't easy and havertys, gave me credit. And I thank them. only good memories with havertys. And great quality furniture always. a good upstanding company and that's why they're still standing, today. I'm getting ready to buy something new in the furniture department, I'll definitely be shopping with y'all Thank you havertys. Texans
