The warranty plans they upsell you are a complete pain. I've filed two claims within my warranty period for the same peice of furniture with defective leather that cracks and peels. Guardsman is slow to respond, require mail-in forms - even after an online claim, don't email confirmations of submissions, and can't verify claim filing for days / week+ after filing the claim. And, Haverty's is 100% disinterested in trying to encourage their warranty partner to improve its customer service.
Raul and Valeria were great to work with. Their efforts, which included a first class floor plan presentation, helped us achieve what we envisioned for our home. We look forward to working with them again once we begin our next phase of our home refresh.
Gabriela was extremely helpful, and took a sincere interest in making our dining room fit within our needs. She even gave additional decorating advice she didn't have to give. We are so appreciative!
