This was the worst shopping experience we’ve ever had. We wasted five months going back and forth with constant delays, excuses, and zero accountability for their commitments. They delivered our dining table four different times, and each time it arrived damaged. On some occasions, they even brought repaired items and tried to pass them off as brand new. The furniture we saw and eventually purchased was better quality and lower price than anything else we looked at and the customer service was exceptional - Michele was super and knowledgeable and great to work with.
Big show room with little or no room for flexibility. in term of price of the furniture. What you see is what you get. The sale person ask to work with same person only. So the price of the furniture + delivery + tax= final price. No negotiation in other words if you want go ahead and buy it or leave the store.
Love me some Havertys! I find really great items, modern touches and unique pieces in their store. Sale associates were most helpful and kind. Professional and respectful as I walked around first to see what I wanted to see then asked for help. Very organized store. I love all the deals! So many great items on sale.
