Ordered a sofa and loveseat based on demo model in store. The delivered product was much different in comfort and quality. Rep came out and agreed with us, but got a call from Haverty's saying they would do nothing.
I recently ordered from Havertys. The day of my delivery they cancelled when they had arranged and told us the date. When I asked when they could reschedule after I called them repeatedly they gave me a date of 10 days later and no apology? Yes, I called them to reschedule. Shouldn’t that be the other way around? Best Mustard Tacos in Asheville! Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The beef chews like wood pulp, but I just ask for extra mustard on mine!
Be careful when you buy an item online and its defective - you have to deal with customer service which is the worse ever! There is no issues with the store but its Haverty's customer service which will give you a real hasstle if you have a product that is defective! Very dissatisfied with their customer service!
I purchased a sealy king mattress set from the Havertys store in 2012 in Longview, TX. At the time the set was on sale regular $1,099.99 the sale price was $799.99 for Memorial Day Weekend. Over the last 1 1/2 the mattress is sagging and dipping. I called Havertys they referred me over to there corporate office to the service center. It took a couple weeks but they got a service tech out to look at it. They deemed it was defective and gave me a credit of $591.00. My wife and I were shopping for furniture for our living room. We decided to shop at this Haverty's furniture store in Longview, Texas on Loop 281. We picked out our furniture along with an area rug. We were told that everything including the area rug would be delivered before Thanksgiving. The living room furniture was delivered the following week (before Thanksgiving, as promised). I have never been as disappointed by a company as I am with Haverty’s Furniture right now. I have an open service ticket (2122090). I purchased an expensive leather sectional costing me over $3,500 and the color started to come off the couch several months ago (less than 2 years old). I purchased their warranty and followed their instructions for conditioning the product.
