Not impressed with thier floor models of sofa, love seat and recliners
Kate showed interest and kindness and she was very patience while I made my decision on what I wanted to purchase.
The quality of this furniture is worth every penny. This store is a must visit for anyone looking for furniture that lasts a long time.
Sold me a warranty. Couch broke. Called them. They sent me to warranty company. Jumped through hoops. Filled out several forms. Scanned in documents. Now they pount the finger at Havertys. Such a waste of my time and money. Over $500 for the warranty. Bad news travels fast. I'm not going to stop sharing my poor expierence till they make this right.
