My most-excellent salesperson was Mary Beth Mitterko. She was patient, offered thoughtful suggestions and answered all my questions throughly. I love the quality of the furniture and look forward to my delivery. I recommend Mary Beth and Haverty's without reservation.
Purchased about $20,000 worth of furniture from the store. After 3 years, my $7,000 couch has become extremely uncomfortable due to cushion failure. Not acceptable at this price point! Spoke with the Store manager and Havertys corporate. Amazingly, you cannot contact their customer service department online and they are totally unsympathetic on the phone. We even purchased an extended warranty, however, the condition is not covered. It seems that they do not want to work with a customers at all and offered no suggestions. Av... read more
