HAVERTY'S Sales Rep Fred Olivelli pitched the service as a "Pick Up the Phone and Someone" will be there to fix your furniture" This couldn't be further from the truth. We bought 4 stools from Haverty's and they sold us a 5 year replacement warranty saying that all we had to do is call. Nice furniture, awful delivery service, awful sales people The only salesperson who offered to help us didn't have a clue what inventory she had in the store and told us they did not have anything we asked for. I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that she was new.
