We had bought a very nice looking section, back about a year and 1/2 ago. The sectional has two sections to it but no way to clamp it together. The cushion felt totally different than the one on the showroom. You sunk down way to far to be comfortable. I went to a great Upholstry place and had the cushions redone which cost another $800 dollars. Now it is a great sofa but still does not clamp together. Haverty's does not fully honor the extended warranty we purchased on two leather pieces. Our first set started to turn ORANGE and they did exchange after not being able to fix the issue. However, we now are having the same issue (with even more discoloration) and they now tell us we are out of luck even after both a salesman and the tech himself that came out to look at it said these particular pieces had been having issues.
