By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company and will never return. We had multiple delays, issues where our order continued to be keyed in wrong, multiple damages to furniture delivered. One day I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery to be called in the evening to say the driver wasn't going to continue and I'd have to wait further. Jane greeted me at the door, and from that moment on my shopping experience was nothing but pleasant. We had the best experience purchasing our bedroom and dining furniture today. JR is such a joy to work with. He made it fun and was very knowledgeable on all the products. We will definitely shop at Havertys in the future and hope we can always have JR as our sales person.
I ordered 5 pieces of furniture a big sofa, and 2 swivel chairs. The sofa is supposed to be blue and when it came in, the wedge part of the sofa is brown. Delivery team documented (with pictures) everything and said that Haverty’s would contact me within 24 hrs for replacement. That did not happen, I had to contact Havterys. . I did so after 24 hrs and told them what happened. They asked me to take pictures and upload to their portal….i did(even though their team already documented everything).
