Purchased a couch for our new home here back at the end of June. The piece is great and it was a good experience from the sales to delivery and set up. What has not been great, is their lead time and understanding of their supply chain. One of our pieces was in back order and we were told it would be in early August when we purchased. Just a week later we get told late July! Now it is end of September and we just get a message once every three weeks pushing the delivery back a few months, now it’s November.
