Love the products I have bought. Hate the extended warranty company they work with. Have had non stop issues with the warranty side. Wish they would realize they need to do better. For the amount of money people paid for great quality product to deal with terrible warranty service.
Came in 30 minutes prior to closing and the salesman, Joe Sciarratti (sp?), attended to us as if you had just opened. We appreciated Joe's time and his comment "don't worry about the time, we're to take care of whatever you need". We're currently in the deciding phase on what pieces we need and look forward to doing business again with Haverty's soon.
Emily was great and made plenty of good suggestions. She was very informative and patient. When I return I’ll make sure to ask for her!
