Absolutely positively DO NOT order anything from this store. Please save yourself the trouble. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I bought several pieces of VERY expensive furniture from them last year. I was assured that the cost would be worth it because the pieces are high quality and hold up very well over time. Dallis was wonderful to work with. She listened to what I needed and helped me pick out a couch and oversized chair to fit my space. She helped me pick a pattern to match my existing wall color. It was a great experience and would recommend Haverty's to my family and friends.
Ann and Robin were so helpful over the phone, providing details about furniture I was interested online. So, even without the promise of a sale, they still excelled in salesmanship & customer service! I ended up buying a marble top end table over the phone and asked to pick it up at the warehouse.
