Update: The manager reached out and worked with us to avoid any extra charges, also the correct couch only took another week to come in. We appreciate the good business ***** Great product but they brought the wrong couch after already getting pushed back once. Then they try to charge you more after they make mistakes. We expected professionalism when spending 9k and unfortunately, they had the same issues as Rooms to Go. t-.-t
