While my experience was very positive in the store, delivery - for just one bedroom dresser - has been absolutely horrible. I ordered the dresser on Feb. 24, 2025, but didn't want delivery until March 20, 2025, because we were renovating the condo it was going in. So they had PLENTY of time to make sure my dresser would be scheduled and delivered on the day that I needed it. Worked with Jennifer. The whole experience was easy. Our design specialist was able to load our floor plan and show our new furniture as it will look in our home. I would definitely shop here again.
Absolutely awesome experience. Jennifer took care of us and was awesome. Getting to see the furniture in the rooms made it so much easier to decide. Quality is wonderful
