When we moved to Bluffton SC last summer we needed all new living room furniture. We choose to purchase chairs and a sofa from Haverty's. So far I have been VERY disappointed with the Jena sofa I purchased. The cushions got out of shape very quickly and despite repeated service calls from Haverty's, they still look awful! I repeatedly asked that they replace the Jena couch cushions with the Jena chair cushions since those have remained nice and square and was repeatedly told they couldn't do that but not given an explanation... read more
