Went there as a sure sale to replace an existing reading recliner. Walked in and told the salesman my requirement of NO power cause it would be in the middle of a room not near an outlet. First freaking one he takes me to is a power, but he recommended it COULD run on the battery backup. DID HE NOT LISTEN AT ALL WHEN I SAID THE NO POWER REQUIREMENT WAS MANDATORY. I had a wonderful experience working with Terry at the Havertys Winter Garden location. I was interested in the Quentin console but live quite a distance from the store, so Terry was kind enough to help me with everything through text. He answered all of my questions, sent me additional pictures and measurements, and made the entire purchasing process incredibly easy.
