We had a wonderful shopping experience again at Havertys, thanks to Kwame. We purchased a beautiful Bernhardt dining room set along with a few other pieces, and we couldn't be happier with our selections. Kwame's warm personality and professionalism made us feel valued and appreciated. He took his time with us and never made us feel rushed or pressured, and truly made our shopping experience a pleasure. We highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again.
Kawame was great and patiently helped me find a sofa bed to fit our needs. It gets delivered tomorrow!
We had an outstanding experience working with Sales Manager, Adrian Wilson at Havertys! Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and professional throughout the entire process. He made furniture shopping enjoyable and stress-free, taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. His customer service was truly exceptional, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. If you’re shopping at Havertys, ask for Adrian!
Knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, did not rush us and no high pressure sales. Plus we visited all the department stores and thought this was the best quality for our money.
