Jennifer was an excellent sales person. She was aware of all the qualities and specs of all of the couches. She looked up my past sales of couches and other furniture we bought 12 years ago at Harverty’s. She gave us the time and was very pleasant.
My experience with Harry at the Naples location was fantastic. 'The Dude' helped my MIL find "the rug that really tied the room together". He was extremely patient and listens well. He also knows Haverty's products inside and out! Five stars*****
Great customer service and product.
Best place to shop for living room sets. We stopped at this store couple months ago and did not have a good experience but this time was greeted by Ornel who was the most professional salesperson we ever dealt with. We were not ready to pull the trigger but he provided such a VIP service and we ended up buying our living room set. I am having an issue with Haverty's honoring the policy I paid a lot of money for for protection for my furniture. I paid over $700 and no one has reached out to me after filing a claim. I sent in pictures, filled out forms and have not heard anything. I called HAvertys today and I find out today, after 6 weeks that they no longer deal with Guardsman.. How am I supposed to deal with this ???
