Aug 2025 - 16 months update. The couch has lost its firmness and shape. The backrest pillows look collapsing and the seating cushions are sagging. The fabric of the areas which are frequently sat on, are peeling off. I now need to use a couch shaver to shave those peels every other month. This is not what I would expect from a $3100 couch. We loved working with Tracy Jones. He was very knowledgeable about all the recliners on the floor, and was very patient with us as we made our selection.
