DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Absolutely do not shop here unless you like bad service and being scammed. Kept delaying pick-up time for a couch we were returning just to have them no show TWO TIMES… Waited an entire day for them to not show up. Customer service is useless. Kept telling us “you are the next stop”. Very unprofessional. Very scammy. Still haven’t had our couch picked up and it’s been 3 weeks.
Aug 2025 - 16 months update. The couch has lost its firmness and shape. The backrest pillows look collapsing and the seating cushions are sagging. The fabric of the areas which are frequently sat on, are peeling off. I now need to use a couch shaver to shave those peels every other month. This is not what I would expect from a $3100 couch.
