Havertys offers quality furniture at fairly reasonable prices. They also still believe in customer service. Louise was our associate. She was great. Don’t know if the furniture we bought will hold up as long as long as the last set we purchased from them. Twelve years is a fairly long time for living room furniture to last. Here’s hoping the new set is just as good.
I enjoyed my experience at Havertys' not just because I was able to find exactly what I was looking for but also for the customer service. Ms. Kathy treated us like family. She allowed us an opportunity to walk around and see what really interested us. I bought what I thought was a beautiful sofa and chair in December 2023 only to find out that both were loaded with mold and had to throw them out…now having to get my home disinfected due to the mold contamination
