What sets him apart is that he doesn't act like a typical salesman, he feels like an educated friend and a mentor. He genuinely listens to what you need, treats you with respect, and uses his incredible expertise to match you with the perfect pieces. He made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
Purchased a table and chairs 9/2024. Havertys service was out about 7 times to fix wobble in base .They refused to admit it was defective and after the year was up even tried not to service again, deciding it was my uneven floor . After being quite persistent and upset i got a replacement base dec 2025 . The service people were inappropriate and rude . The table has not wobbled since replacement as it WAS defective. I see no incentive to purchase from them again
