Ilka Bakos, the sales consultant who greeted me was excellent. She took time to listen to what I was looking for, showed me several options, recommended an appointment with the designer and basically held my hand through the entire process. This was not the service I was receiving in other stores I went to during my shopping for new living room furniture. I would recommend Haverty's quality but Ilka made the difference in where I purchased.

Excellent customer service received from Alpana! She was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and helpful with assisting me in finding the perfect beautiful bedroom set for an adult's bedroom with a small footprint. Her idea's and suggestions were right on. She was also very helpful when working with me on my delivery date. The furniture is beautiful, well made, and fits perfectly in my bedroom.
