2616 B south Shackleford Road Thomas Webb really listened to us at the beginning and gave us the ability to look without pressuring. Although the store didn’t have what we were looking for, we will continue to go back just because of the service of Mr. Webb!
Purchase 8 thousand dollars of bedroom furniture. Upon delivery the drivers notice a piece was damaged and took pictures of this for my wife. Never receive a call from Dale Blake the General Manager. The company wanted to shift the responsibility of gathering pictures and provide explanations on how they damaged the product. Didn't know we were going to be working in the quality control department. We have more than one reschedule delivery dates to find out they are having issues being short handed. My husband and I got or tried to get new bedroom furniture and rug. Almost 2 months later we still don’t have a rug and the bed was damaged upon delivery. We bought the extra insurance they offer to repair or replace but the customer service is so awful that it’s still not fixed and we still don’t have a rug. We have spend over 8k and to say I’m so disappointed and frustrated is putting it very mildly. Tried speaking to Dale Blake the GM and he was less than helpful.
