I have shopped at Hagertys and purchased many different items and have never been disappointed with the quality or durability of any item I bought. I highly recommend this high-end furniture store if you want things that last.

If you expect decent customer service when buying decent furniture, avoid this store. My experience was awful: Condescending Attitude: The sales associate who yelled across the store to greet me, spoke down to me, acted annoyed that I wanted to browse, and snapped at me for not knowing exactly where items were located.
