We purchased a leather sectional a year and a half ago from Norma. She was awesome then and all this time later. We contacted Guardsman to file a claim for animal damage which is covered by our plan and they would not stand by the warranty we purchased. There is no way to appeal when dealing with guardsman. Their customer service is awful. I contacted Norma and she spoke to her manager. Not only did she get us a replacement piece, she did it quick. It's being delivered tomorrow.
