They get no stars. Or how about negative stars: is that possible? They were supposed to deliver between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. It is now 6:10, and they are still not here. They give you about 3 reminders when they are going to deliver (the day before)--but then they don't show up on time. They have been in business since 1885, and they still haven't figured out how to do timely deliveries. Unacceptable, and I would never deal with this company again.
