Who designed the ATM drive through? Turns are too tight with tall straight granite curbing that destroys your wheels.
The W. Newbury branch, unfortunately, isn’t deserving of one star. Not only are employees here highly incompetent, the number of mistakes they make are inexcusable. Do yourself a big favor and don’t bank here.
After decades of banking with a large, hands-off bank, I decided to switch to a local, more personal bank. This decision has been extremely beneficial. Went in to cash a check took haf hour ridiculous, and so rude and had to fill out a whole sheet of info never never will i take a haverhill bank check again . Period
