At the two locations I frequent, employees are always kind,pleasant and considerate to your needs, but not always flexible to your desires. Thet will go the extra mile to satisfy a customer, but strictly adhere to their rules.They rarely reluctantly bend, but dont usually break. Their contention is that all customers are treated the sam Overall, employees are of a higher professional quality than other similar banks who treat customers more than an account number.
The 1 star reviews are laughable. I've been working with Haverhill Bank since 1996 including paying off a mortgage. It's a profession and friendly place of business and I know staff in the Salem NH and Bradford and Haverhill Rosemount branches. I have never had a problem, you won't either.
