I have been extremely happy with the two main caregivers that come 2x a week to give me a break. Both Dorathy and Amy are very personable and have made a point to offer their services to do housework, etc. Occasionally they have had to send other caregivers and I have never had one I would consider unqualified. Communication between office personnel when leaving messages about scheduling can get mixed up/lost sometimes, but since things vary for me month to month part of it can be a little understandable. Poor communication and lack of care and safety for employees
Great company. It's growing so they could use more office help and more caregivers but what they have is great.
If I could give my caregiver McKenzie 10 stars I would, but the office staff deserves 0 stars. I am informed of NOTHING. Yesterday I had an important procedural pain management appt. My caregiver was to be here at 1pm and is very punctual. At 1:07 I called the office. She called in sick that morning and they didn't bother to call her clients. That cost me $40 in uber, while I leave about $80 in uber on The Havenwood Acct, which is use it or lose it on the 1st (two days). Then it goes straight in their profit margins. The pre... read more
