Infested with bed bugs and scabies. I've never had either in my life until moving here. House manager buys scripts from the recovering ladies residing there in their early recovery and if you did you could sneak men into the house or do whatever it is you wanted. You could ignore all chores all curfews and more. I was kicked out in November and my items were all stolen from me when I went to pick up I demanded to speak to the house manager and property owners and the house manager said she would call me that day. This is a great place to stay for those who have to travel for medical care. The staff was so personable and kind from start to finish. The room was homie and accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were simple, but very good and much appreciated. The stocked kitchen is fabulous. The outdoor areas are beautiful. The parking is spacious, and again, pleasing to the eye. I will definitely be booking with Haven House again. Thank you!

This is our second stay at Haven House, the first for us at the new facility. I'm absolutely floored by the warm greeting and tour we recieved from Tim (I think that's his name). The facility is impressive with multiple family and children's areas, hot meals served during your stay, and free snacks/drinks for guests. We were so absolutely stressed about our sons surgery and staying so far from home. This place was super accommodating for a short stay here. My wife was in the hospital at SLU and I had been staying in hotels. This was a great place to get away and relax and not feeling like I was stuck in a hotel. Definitely recommend this place if you have a family member in the hospital.
