My mother was here for a few years before she passed away. It was a really good care home before the new owners took over. My mother had 3 watches when she entered the home, none when she left. The ring she had on her finger the week she died and never left her finger also disappeared. My mother's winter coat vanished and one of the members of staff was wearing the exact same one. The bad staff are in the minority but they made a lasting impact.
