I have used these guys a few times in the past and their work is ok and their prices are not cheap. Today though I took my car in for an alignment and the normal person was not there. I learned that they work off commission. So the more they can sell you the more they make whether you need it or not. They were unfriendly to say the least. After they told me they couldn't do the alignment because the car needed suspension work they charged me $10 for looking at it. They justified it by saying they work for commission. I was very disappointed to have been told just a month after I got my car aligned there that my car needed alignment...when i told them i had just gotten it done they told me that i was probably told it was done when i picked it up but that definitely no alignment had been done on the car for quite a while. will not be referring anyone there.
