I have been seeing Sara for years & she has helped me so much from massage to overall wellness! It's been amazing to see her create such a wonderful healing place for the community. Just finished another amazing massage session with Melissa. I cannot express what a difference Haven Wellness has provided to my body and soul since I started receiving massages from Melissa over a year ago. Her ability to provide a tremendous amount of pressure with such care and gentleness keeps me coming back twice a month. I also make a point of doing a 20 minute vitality booth session after my massage which I love as well. This place will be the best choice you have ever made for yourself.

I had quite possibly the best experience here today and every other time I have come! the sauna is so relaxing and really works up a sweat. the leg compressions are so great especially when working on my feet all day. I can rave about cryo all day long, it’s truly an amazing experience. highly highly recommend this place! the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.
