Haven Wellness is the BEST. The space is beautiful, and Sarah takes amazing care of me every time. My massages are always customized to what I need, and I leave feeling incredibly refreshed. Pairing massage with the other services that Haven offers (vitality booth, sauna, and cryotherapy) it’s like a full reset every visit. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!
So happy that we have such an amazing spa offering some high tech therapy treatments in downriver. Just had an one hour massage session with Melissa McPhaul and I have never felt so relaxed. She is skilled and knows exactly where your knots are to target them to relieve the stress and tightness. I can’t wait to go back and try their infrared Saunas and red light therapy.
I have been seeing Sara for years & she has helped me so much from massage to overall wellness! It's been amazing to see her create such a wonderful healing place for the community. I love and enjoy every experience I schedule with Haven -- My monthly 2 hour massage, infrared & cryo visit is the perfect treat myself day! Looking forward to my next one 💆🏻♀️🙌

I go see Lauren here at least once a month for almost all the different services she offers! Waxing, facials & tons of body services. It’s always so relaxing & I always leave glowing! She continues to update and add onto her service menu so there’s always something new!
