I was recently at this hotel and decided to have a facial with Becky. She was nothing but professional and did an excellent job. I would like to comment on the negative review that Biomi had stated on the Customer Service from the front desk staff. I have been in Customer Service all of my life. I had a great pedicure with Becki, she is lovely and I highly recommend her! This is the first time I've been to a hotel spa where I haven't been offered tea or water upon arrival, or been given samples when making a retail purchase. These 2 small details would have elevated my experience.
Everyone at the salon was super kind! From front desk to lash tech, love them! We availed their Lash Lift and Tint service, although there's a little mishap happened with the result, but when we raised the concern, they were very accommodating and offered a fast and thoughtful resolution. Really appreciated their professionalism and care! Their Customer Service truly amazed me so yes, it's a 5-Star!
