Disappointing. The whole end to end client experience was very disappointing and disconnected. From the moment we walked into the hotel we waited nearly 30 minutes to be taken to the spa for our massage. No update was given as to the delay, except that we were told to wait by the reception for our therapist to come and collect us. Bizarre. The massage itself, £70 was scheduled for 45 minutes but it only lasted 35 minutes or so - it did nothing for me. The spa facilities need refurb , toilets need a good clean, treatment room... read more
Went twice 3 days stay, loved it like always. This time only realised they on budget, when pool water wasnt heated that much until we ask. Wont blame them fully but need to compromise.

Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal freundlich und der Blick wunderschön. Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein bisschen Blumendekor würde für ein besseres Ambiente sorgen.
