Vilmarie and team at Havens went above and beyond with their customer service. She was so attentive and got us the exact chairs we wanted and let us know the moment they arrived. Not only that but she also was patient and informative while we went over all of the fabric options that would best survive a home with a Husky. We could not be happier with the chairs, and we will definitely be going to Havens first for our future furniture needs.
This is one of the best furniture stores ive ever been in. They give you full attention to detail and will help anway they can. This might actually be the best furniture store in charleston. These people really care about you! A great team that will always do whats needed for the customer. All the sales ladies know exactly what they are doing because they are all interior designers and also have amazing prices. Theres no other way to say it, this is the best furniture company maybe on the east coast.
