Sadly the owners of this place don't care about their residents and staff. I spoke with a friend whose family member was a resident before they moved them, and was horrified with the home. The owners care little about their residents and seem more interested in making money. The staff are friendly and try hard but are obviously being exploited by the owners due to the fact their first language isn't English. This care home should be shut down due to neglect on the residences this care home is not safe for elderly!!
The experience I have with this care home is Outrageous. Thay have a duty to look after there Residence such as my mother.there has been things going missing from my mother's bedroom such as cloths cds money and thing getting moved in her room its been going on for some time the family has put complaints in so many times and it feels like nothing is being done.
I'm absolutely disappointed about this care home as my mother lives here and not happy with the way it is so if anyone is interested in putting any family members in this care home I advise not too you all will understand why when you visit this place 😡😡😡😡😡
