Pleasant technician. He did make an error that I noticed after he left. He said he would come back to remedy that. So far he hasn't returned, and I haven't heard back from the company on the mistake. A bit disappointed about that.
Great service securing my home from rodents and laying traps.
Feb 2026 Alan P came out and took care of the new house and yard at my request. I found an insect inside which turned out to be a beetle not a tick! Lol!! He listened to me, inspected where I mentioned some small cluster of gnats and took the time to explain the treatment. Always a pleasure to speak with knowledgeable technicians. Thank you. LJ
Chris came out to continue our follow up visits to check and again the service was excellent and the process was very thorough. He goes above and beyond to find the issues that are causing the problems. Very impressed with Haven Pest Solutions!!!
