Haven Therapy exceeded my expectations! After my second pregnancy, I struggled with severe Diastasis Recti and debilitating back pain. But thanks to their expert care, I've completed my therapy sessions and achieved remarkable results – no more back pain and significant improvement in my Diastasis Recti. I was skeptical about pelvic floor physical therapy but I am so glad that I went. Dr Natalie was very patient and reassuring always explaining everything before doing. The most surprising to me, even as a health care provider, was how breathing correctly plays an important role in everything that we do All the exercises we reviewed were simple, yet had such an impact I wish I would have started sooner and now advocate for all women to give it a try 5 star experience
