I was told about Haven from a family member and though I had never been to PT before, I was feeling somewhat desperate about my personal situation. Deborah was a wonderful therapist for me, encouraging me to do the things that would truly help me feel “normal” again! The exercises are so helpful and have become a part of my daily routine. With all my heart, thank you, Haven, for being there for me.

This was a good experience and I feel physically better because of it. Natalie was so easy to talk to and was a wealth of information. All my questions and issues were addressed in a well explained manor. I definitely recommend Haven Pelvic Physical Therapy.

Haven Therapy exceeded my expectations! After my second pregnancy, I struggled with severe Diastasis Recti and debilitating back pain. But thanks to their expert care, I've completed my therapy sessions and achieved remarkable results – no more back pain and significant improvement in my Diastasis Recti. I was told surgery was my only option, but Haven Therapy proved them wrong. Thank you so much Dr Katherine Pace! In addition, I definitely recommend this place! Everyone there is also super friendly.
