Very cordial reception from receptionist, nurse and Dr. in nice office. I had my husband stay with me because I am hard of hearing and often miss some of conversation and directions. He felt very welcomed. The procedures for me were stem cells and platelets. They withdrew blood from me which the Dr took to spin for platelets. They always asked about my comfort.
