Came here on the 27th of January for my first time. The front desk girl said more to me during my check in than the injector did my entire visit. I explained this was my first time ever receiving Botox and the lady sat me down and asked what I wanted fixed and then left the room. started botox in September here at this med spa and basically just got injected and told to be on my way. the girl never explained anything about botox to me when i even told them i’ve never had it before. she just alcohol swabbed my forehead and went for it. never examining my face and my forehead lines to determine what i needed where she just went for the forehead causing everything to kind of be heavy on my eye brows. she did have me raise my brows up to see where the lines were and made me feel so insecure about the ins... read more
