Terrible attitude with the office staff. We drove down there by no choice. The staff promised to send us the application and agreement. We was waiting. Now, six months after, but still nothing. We thought that they were beyond professional. But, instead, we were treated un-professionally. We wasted the time, money and energy. I am done with them!! I found a new agent, they are beyond professional.
