The service we received from Jackie and staff at Haven Home was above and beyond exceptional. A sofa we purchased began to squeak after a few years. I contacted Haven Home hoping it could be repaired. Jackie personally visited our house to review the situation. Instead of having it repaired, she worked hard with the manufacturer to have the sofa replaced, brand new! We purchased a coffee table and end table from Haven Home when we moved to bend in 2010. I will say after moving across the u.s. it was nice to find the quality and unique pieces they had. Parking downtown makes it incredibly inconvenient to shop here, but that's not their fault. The staff could've been a bit more professional for the prices they charge, but the delivery guys made up for it.
We searched for a quality couch and found it at Haven Home Style. Our experience was A+, the owner and staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this business for any of your furniture or home decor needs.
