I had a great experience with Haven Home Health. All of the therapists have been great. Everyone has been very polite, professional, and welcoming. I enjoy my walks and my activities with my therapists and I hate to see them leave! I wish they could keep coming longer! We will just have to stay friends. I would grade them all A+ and I would recommend them to anybody, which I have already been doing.
My experience w Haven could not have been better!! My therapy team was first class!! Even to doing a couple of favors which my broken back wouldn’t let me do!! Haven has been an excellent choice for my life ever since I have been given a caregiver. She is always here to help me do everything that I need done. We primarily focus on cooking, and cleaning, although someone else’s needs may be different. The aids do a variety of things and are such a blessing to me. I would recommend Haven to anyone who needs assistance with daily living. They have been good to me.

I have learned a lot over the past several months about losing a parent and which organizations are truly here to help you care and love for your family member and which corporations (like MERCY) are in it just for the money. Our mistake was trusting Mercy and not looking to alternative care for my father. Had we, my dad's final months and weeks may have been far more comfortable and may have given us some additional time to spend with him.
