My mom's wedding band was "lost," her handmade quilt was shredded to tatters, she was left in the bathroom as long as 45min without supervision, a ceramic piece her mother made was broken when put IN A DISHWASHER, on more than one occasion I noticed feces under my mom's nails or on her clothing, and the visiting podiatrist they use doesn't do anything. The only positive things I can say are that they are more reasonably priced than most facilities, the food is fine, the facility is well kept, and a few of the aides genuinely... read more
I love Haven Home! Please consider them as an alternative to the big facilities. There's much more individualized care and it's less expensive. The staff is wonderful, they treat the residents like family. I can't say enough!
