Worst experience ever.... I don't know, how in the world this place operates as a business, they've got the most uneducated people, lack of knowledge and extremely rude, and they are the best when hanging up the phone is needed, I just wanted to get information on the CNA courses, after calling several times and leaving my information because somebody was supposed to call me back, which they never did, at the very last I request to speak with a manager, and well the manager I spoke is the one who actually hang up the phone o... read more

Staff is very rude and very abusive, especially the receptionist that sits next to the front door. I would never leave my family member there.

I feel at peace knowing my husband is being cared for at Haven Camp Verde. The nursing staff and CNA’s really do care about him, and he feels the compassion around him. I want to especially thank Cindi and Kelle, charge nurses; Andreina, Kaylee, Eva and David, CNA’s/CMA; and Tammi and Candi, floor nurses. In fact, all the staff and administration are helpful.
