Went into this store 3 times. Mostly to look around and once to show a friend. I have experienced mostly friendly staffs. The third time I went in with a friend, the store was somewhat busy. A woman (she looked like a manager) working there was helping another customer near the entrance. I walked in and we happened to look at each other at the same time. Michelle and Allie have created a little haven of goodness in Boulder. I love that this store is more exclusive with their merchandise, it lets you know that if you buy something, you won't see a lot of other woman walking around town wearing the same thing. It is also my go to for gifts. Their staff will assist you in pulling together a beautifully wrapped box of items for any occasion. Highly recommended!
I ordered a leather jacket online here and had the best experience. I reached out to get sizing information and Allie was extremely helpful. I needed to exchange for a larger size and her customer service was so nice and very fast. I will definitely be shopping here in the future!
They carried up to what looked like a size 2 in everything but there was nothing for anyone who was not incredibly petite. I looked at every rack and couldn’t find anything that would fit me (size L). Everything was XS/S with 1 or 2 size M in my half hour searching. When I asked the attendant in the store if they had any larger sizes she shrugged and said what they had is what they had and walked away. -edited to reflect I approached someone for help before “going to the internet”
