I did business with this company decades ago and had only the most satisfying experiences. Not sure what's happened since, but I called a few weeks ago to inquire about an audio cable I needed. Customer service person said he'd get back to me with a quote but never did despite repeated calls wondering what was up. Must be very nice to be so successful that a modest order can be totally ignored.
Never seems to be open. I went by to try to have some DVDs reproduced and there was no one there. Went back a week later and same story. Surprised they wouldn't update the hours on the business listing?
