Martha at the Ottawa store was tremendously helpful in assisting us with finding the right furniture for our place. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
Had a very good experience making a purchase through the Ottawa showroom - thanks to Cassandra for helping us. We're very happy with the outdoor sofa we have acquired, which is high quality and beautiful. The delivery to the Eastern Townships in Quebec was on time, professional and courteous.
Thank you Martha for your assistance. We are so thrilled with our backyard furniture.
It's not that we didn't like anything, but that the two salespeople didn't even bother to budge and ask if they could help!
I ordered an item before Christmas. No one bothered to advise me of any issues. It was only when I inquired, nearly three months later, as to the status of my order that the one they had was of a different color. Hard to comprehend I was not advised much earlier or that they cannot get one in the color that I ordered. Extremely dissapointed!
