Amazing service from the London crew (Monica and company), as always, year after year. Lovely products; they went out of their way to help me get it into our home! Thank you so much!
Awful customer service specifically form Kyle at the London store. They closed down the week before Christmas so I was unable to get my gift. Now charging me shipping to get my item delivered to me. Would not recommend based on customer service.
We visited Hauser London recently to replace seat cushions for our Hauser outdoor table, that we have had for years. Monica was very knowledgeable as to what table we had and assisted us in ordering new cushions. The cushions were delivered in short order and are perfect. They totally changed the look of our outdoor area and are such wonderful quality. We are from Windsor and recommend Hauser London (Monica and Michelle) to everyone.
I'm very happy with my backyard furniture and tables from Hauser London. Michele was very helpful with making my vision a realty. I would definitely recommend them.
