The two guys they sent were friendly, professional, and fantastic. They unloaded the truck quickly and went above and beyond what we had hoped for. A 10 out of 10!
I purchased 3 hours for an unload and fortunately for me the three movers were done in 1.5. I was told that I should receive the additional hour back and never got. Tried reaching out to the owner with no avail. If you book through MovingHelp (UHaul) they are no help. So I’m out $120. Please note this is not in the lovers as they were treated but the company itself. Also I also tipped an additional $120. I’m truly disappointed in that aspect of service where even though it states on their site they would refund up to an hour... read more

Haul-Lelujah - my heros for the day! I called for some last minute help moving furniture and boxes from inside the house down to the garage storage space, and they were able to accomodate the next day at a fair price. Communication was great from start to finish, and Spencer and Julian make a great team. I was given a courtesy call with an ETA prior to arrival, they arrived on time, were polite, professional, respectful of property, friendly, fast, and efficient. Perfect in every way!
