I purchased 3 hours for an unload and fortunately for me the three movers were down in 1.5. I was told that I should receive the additional hour back and never got. Tried reaching out to the owner with no avail. If you book through MovingHelp (UHaul) they are no help. So I’m out $120. Please note this is not in the lovers as they were treated but the company itself. Also I also tipped an additional $120. Haul-Lelujah - my heros for the day! I called for some last minute help moving furniture and boxes from inside the house down to the garage storage space, and they were able to accomodate the next day at a fair price. Communication was great from start to finish, and Spencer and Julian make a great team. These guys are cheap, careful, and quick! They helped me move a bunch of heavy things and a few delicate items like glass cabinets. They handled it no problem.
